If you are a starter bussines, we adivse you to buy sample one pieces each style or try a few pieces taking from the stock. Then you grow and buy with container base.
If you are ordering in bulk (1x20feet container = 40,000pcs), please tell us the details of the sarong and quantity for each. Next, let us know the price you are asking for. We will consider your request and try our best to meet your expectation. We wish to expand our market and do business with many partners worldwide.
MATERIAL:
We mostly use rayon for our sarong, however there are few customers requesting for other materials and we always accommodate their need. In addition, some customers request for cotton, linen, voile etc.
PROCESS TYPE:
The common type of process for sarong is printing, tie dye, sinaran, dying, wax monocolor stamp, multicolour stamp
EDGING TYPE:
There are 2 type of edging, firstly being with overlock/neci and usually used for the finest rayon, and the second is fringe.
QUALITY CONTROL:
We have 5 critical points of control for each step. Our quality has also improved significantly over the years to ensure our customers receive the best products. During each production process, we thoroughly inspect the quality.
- When the white raw materials first arrive, we examine the fabric to ensure it aligns with the order.
- Before printing or batik processing, we inspect the raw material again to check and match the prints, color, and size as to fill the requirements of the order.
- After printing or batik processing, we inspect the products again, going through each layer so there are no rejects (color, spot, hole, tread pull and size), ensuring we have fulfilled the order requirement.
- While packing we check randomly to see if there is anything missing from our standard Pro- forma.
- Once the packing is finished, we conduct the final checking according to the Pro-forma to make sure each SKU by piece and total quantity order matches before handling it to the containers
